This exclusive, lifetime-guaranteed blue steel seat spring delivers unmatched comfort and durability. And, unlike eight-way hand-tied springs, it never needs retying or replacing to keep you from getting that sinking feeling a few years from now.
The Blue-Ribbon spring system consists of evenly spaced, dual steel ribbons that run along the length of the frame from front to back with a solid steel arch at the end of each ribbon for added support.
Frame Construction
Moisture resistant cross-grain laminated hardwood frames for maximum strength. Dado-cut overlapping joints reinforced with additional hardwood blocks. Base rail joints further reinforced with corner blocks that are glued and screwed into place.
Padding & Ergonomics
The Plush Cushion with 2.5lb high-resiliency polyurethane foam topped with 1.2lb density polyurethane recovery foam and 1oz fiber wrap comes standard on chair, love seat and sofa. Upgrade to the High Resiliency cushion is available through special order methods. The Luxury Cushion is the only option available for ottomans.
Tailoring
Each piece is available without or with nailhead trim in your choice of color.
Warranty
A limited lifetime warranty applies to all seat spring systems, frames, and most cushion constructions. A five year warranty covers all sofa sleeper systems and power motors. The Luxury Cushion is covered by a limited two-year warranty. Upholstery fabrics and leathers are warranted against manufacturer defect for one year.
